- The council approved a 1.5% increase in base pay for City Manager, David Doyle. 2020 base salary : $282,231.00, not sure about 2021.
- The council approved the city to move forward with an application to the state for low-income housing funds of up to $700,000 for lower income housing projects.
- A small amendment was made to the permit for the Tesla Showroom / Service Center going in old Michael’s building. The permit will no longer be valid for any gas vehicle dealership in the future, the previous permit allowed this.
- Other interesting thing of note was that the service center will be open until 11PM (uncommon for town center businesses), some concern was raised about noise from working on cars that late at night.
- Next meeting to be scheduled for Dec 14th and to include the certified results of the midterm elections and the two city council seats elected; presumably Tiffany Ackley (incumbent) and Max Duncan.
